Steamed lobster with beer will be steamed whole to retain the best flavor.
Wash shrimp, put in a bowl and then add beer and salt to soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Soak the shrimp with beer)
Take out the lobster, put the beer in the pot, put the shrimp in the steamer for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp. (If small shrimp are about 400-500g, steam for 10-15 minutes, large shrimp of 1kg/head should be steamed for 25-30 minutes).
Note: Beer water can be replaced with fresh coconut water to create a unique flavor for steamed shrimp.
